An entry of the 2019 Seattle 48 Horror Festival, The Recursive Haunting of Able Street features a couple trapped in a house, facing dire consequences. It was the recipient of Best Score for its original music. This is the unaltered version.
The Recursive Haunting of Abel St. was written, shot, and put through post production in 48 hours, from Friday evening to Sunday evening. It stars David Stoker and Jessica Thompson, and featuring Olivia Kovach and Thais Melo.
It was shot and directed by dQniel Kaufman , written by Ben Thompson and dQniel Kaufman, and produced by Liz Dahlstrom and John Medlong.
The Jennifer Conversation
This horror short was put together in a couple weeks for the Nightmare Emporium (a Seattle area film festival) and filmed mostly over a weekend in September. Post-production was done in the week leading up to the deadline.
This is the unaltered version, meaning no clean up work or changes have been done. It's the original version included in the Nightmare Emporium.
The Jennifer Conversation was produced by Elizabeth Dahlstrom and John Medlong, directed and shot by dQniel Kaufman, from a script by he and Edward Martin III. It stars Allison Manzanita and Blake Westphal, with original music by Jeff Chambers.

Wild Roses
A short, claustrophobic horror film about a woman trapped in a crawl space, and the bedtime stories her father told her as a child.

We polished this version up for your enjoyment. Changes include tightening the edit, color correction, and reworking text dialog. No reshoots were done.

A short film about an attempt to take a robot and make it a human.
"/Person" was an entry into the 2015 Four Points contest, an International 72 Hour film competition. This is the exact version we turned in, completed from writing to export in 72 hours.

Lee Ryan Coston produced wrote and produced this short film to pay tribute to veterans and bring awareness to the struggles that veterans go through not just for a little while when they return home, but often times for life.
This film stars Ralph Smith and was shot south of Seattle, Washington. I had the honor and privilege of composing an original score for this film as well as doing the sound effects.
